VICTORIA HOGAN IS FLORA POP
With a background in all things vintage, a love for love and desire to break the mold - Flora Pop was born. Taking inspiration from shapes of the past and vintage Vegas, she built her teardrop trailer turned wedding altar/reception space! Victoria has married thousands of couples all over Las Vegas. She specializes in downtown Las Vegas and Dry Lake Bed weddings.
Since launching Flora Pop, a pop-up wedding “venue”, Victoria has also opened a wedding chapel with her best friend Amy Lee, Sure Thing Chapel. Here you can meet her version of Elvis and “Surely the Showgirl” her very own creation honoring Vegas past!

Surely is Victoria’s homage to the pink elephant that resides on Las Vegas Boulevard. She can be seen standing at the Diamond Inn-a classic vintage Vegas motel that has been untouched. In the land of Vegas, having something remain untouched is a bit of an anomaly. We love the timeless classics!
When Victoria is not being Flora Pop, Elvis or Surely.. You can find her working on her vintage photobooths with her husband or sharing the world through her eyes via 35mm photos!
